[Cooking method/How to use]
●When boiling
Add one tea bag to approximately 500ml of boiling water. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot to prevent it from boiling over, and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait 10 to 15 minutes before removing the tea bag.
*If you want to drink it chilled, remove the rough heat from the boiled tea and cool it in the refrigerator to preserve the aroma and create a delicious tea.
Easy to use with a teapot or mug
Place one tea bag in a teapot (or mug), pour about 200ml of hot water, wait about 30 seconds, and enjoy. Please adjust the time and enjoy at your desired thickness.
●For cold brewing
Add one tea bag to approximately 500ml of water, chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours, and enjoy.

【調理方法／使用方法】
●煮出す場合
沸騰したお湯約500mlにティーバッグを1包を入れます。弱火にして、ふきこぼれないようにフタをずらし、約3～5分煮出します。火を止めて10～15分位してからティーバッグを取り出してください。
※冷やして飲む場合、煮出したお茶の粗熱をとり、冷蔵庫で冷やすと香りを逃さず美味しいお茶が出来上がります。
●急須またはマグカップで手軽に
ティーバッグ1包を急須(またはマグカップ)に入れ、約200mlのお湯を注ぎ、約30秒待って召し上がりください。時間を調節してお好みの濃さで召し上がりください。
●水出しの場合
水約500mlにティーバッグを1包入れ、3～4時間冷蔵庫で冷やして召し上がりください。
