【User Guide】

In our online shop, we ship products that have 1/3 or more of their expiration date as "genuine products."

【出荷期限について】

商品のお届け時期

□Products ordered by the "cutoff date" on the 1st, 11th, and 21st of each month will be ordered from each supplier manufacturer on the following day on the 2nd, 12th, and 22nd, and the stock will be confirmed. We aim to ship within the 4th day of the year.

□If the 2nd, 12th, or 22nd falls on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or New Year's holiday, we will respond on the next business day.

□Please note that depending on inventory status, there may be cases where items are out of stock after you place your order, even if the item is in stock at the time of sale.

□Customers who have placed an order by the closing date of the 1st, 11th, or 21st and decide that they would like to cancel because it does not comply with the ordering policy of this mail order site, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will cancel the order by the 1st, 11th, or 21st of each month. Please notify us of your cancellation by replying to the [Order Confirmation] email by 24:00 on the closing day of the 21st. If we do not receive notification of cancellation by the deadline, and if your cancellation occurs after the deadline, you will be prohibited from using our online shop in the future.

□毎月1日、11日、21日のそれぞれの「締日」までにご注文頂きました商品を翌日2日、12日、22日に各仕入れ先メーカーに発注後、在庫確認が取れた商品のみ、中4日を目途に発送させて頂いております。

□尚、2日、12日、22日が土日祝、年末年始を挟む場合には、翌営業日にて対応させていただきます。

□在庫状況により、販売時に在庫有の商品にも関わらず、ご注文頂いた後に欠品が生じる場合もございますので、ご了承下さい。

□1日、11日、21日の締日迄にご注文いただいた後、本通販サイトの受発注ポリシーにそぐわないためキャンセルしたいと判断されたお客様は、お手数をおかけいたしますが、毎月1日、11日、21日締日の24時までに、【ご注文内容の確認】メールにご返信頂く形で、キャンセルのご連絡をお願いいたします。期日までにキャンセルの旨のご連絡がなく、期日後にキャンセルが発生した場合、今後一切当ネットショップのご利用をお断りさせていただきます。

返品について
