[Cooking method and usage]
●When boiling
Add 1 tea bag to 300ml of boiling water. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes with the lid off to prevent boiling. Turn off the heat and wait for about 10-15 minutes before removing the tea bag.
*If you want to drink it chilled, remove the heat from the boiled horsetail tea and chill it in the refrigerator to preserve its aroma and enjoy it deliciously.
Easy to use with a teapot or mug
Place one tea bag in a teapot or mug, pour about 140ml of hot water, wait about 30 seconds, and enjoy. Adjust the time and enjoy to your desired consistency.

●煮出す場合
沸騰したお湯300mlに対してティーバッグ1包を入れます。弱火にして、ふきこぼれないようフタをずらして約3～5分間煮出します。火を止めて、約10～15分おいてからティーバッグを取り出してください。
※冷やしてお飲みいただく場合、煮出したスギナ茶の粗熱を取り、冷蔵庫で冷やすと、香りを逃さず美味しくお召し上がりいただけます。
●急須またはマグカップで手軽に
ティーバッグ1包を急須またはマグカップに入れ、約140mlのお湯を注ぎ、約30秒待って召し上がりください。時間は調整してお好みの濃さで召し上がりください。
